KNX System for Automation:

We implemented a robust KNX system to automate critical aspects like lighting, blinds, curtains, ducted air conditioning, in-slab and under-tile heating systems. KNX's scalability and flexibility made it the perfect choice for seamless integration and control.

Ekinex Switches and Gira Visualisation:

Elegant and functional Ekinex switches graced the residence, while Gira Visualisation provided intuitive touchscreens and smartphone access, empowering the client to manage and control their home automation system effortlessly.

Multi-room Audio:

Five indoor Sonos zones paired with Origin Acoustic B&O in-ceiling speakers provided exceptional audio coverage. Four outdoor Sonos zones extended audio enjoyment to the pool, fire pit, and gardens, creating a harmonious environment for entertainment.

Dedicated Theatre:

A dedicated 7.2.1 theatre was crafted, featuring a Sony 4K projector, Yamaha pre and pro amplification, and Origin Acoustic speakers. This setup ensured an immersive cinematic experience within the client's own home.

IP Video Distribution:

Just Add Power's IP video distribution system streamlined content access, maintaining a sleek, clutter-free > aesthetic with Samsung Frame TVs in each room while providing centralised control of sources.

Inception Access Control and Security:

The Inception access control system enhanced security and convenience, managing gate, garage, and door access. Comprehensive CCTV coverage provided peace of mind and met the client's safety expectations.

Savant Control System:

The Savant control system emerged as the heart of the smart home, seamlessly unifying all aspects. This single platform allowed for intuitive control and management, epitomising convenience, comfort, and luxury.
